Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for service customers, ensuring an exceptional level of customer care at all times.
• Manage service bookings, vehicle check-ins, and customer updates efficiently through Keyloop.
• Prepare accurate job cards, cost estimates, and repair orders for the workshop.
• Liaise between customers, technicians, and parts departments to ensure timely and accurate service completion.
• Upsell additional products, repairs, and maintenance services where appropriate.
• Ensure all service work is carried out in line with manufacturer standards and warranty requirements.
• Manage invoicing, payments, and follow-up communications using dealership systems.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain accurate service records and support compliance with dealership and brand standards.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised or independent motor dealership.
• Proficient with Keyloop (CDK Drive) or similar dealer management systems (DMS).
• Strong automotive product knowledge and understanding of service processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
