Frank Hogan Ltd. have a vacancy for a Junior Service Advisor.
Due to continued growth and expansion, we now have a vacancy for the above position in our prestigious Dealership in Limerick.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be confident and professional in dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone. You will strive for excellence in customer satisfaction at all times.
As well as having exceptional customer service skills, the ideal candidate will have the ability to promote products and services confidently and accurately book appointments and finalise costs for customers who visit our dealership to have their vehicle serviced.

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer facing skills-to create customer confidence by ensuring customer awareness of all products & services available.
  • Professional; highest standards of courtesy & efficiency; enthusiastic
  • Computer literate - to be able to record / amend customer details accurately.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm - to handle upset / demanding customers effectively
  • Accuracy in detailing customer requirements on job cards / invoice
  • To follow up and provide feedback to customers on the status of their vehicle.
  • To ensure that all work requested has been carried out & charged for.
